  The government of Ghana is only interested in the monetary commitment of the model,they ll present beautiful documents and state how it intends to improve on the girl child development in Ghana just to access the funding.Girls undergoing training in the basic and second circle institutions lack the required funding from government,all their allowances ve been withdrawn making very difficult for some to continue,all efforts to encourage government to bring back this allowances that goes along way to help them through their courses in the nursing and teaching sectors has be haulted.The US government through the embassy here should make sure such funding is not left in the hands of the government,they should be closely monitored.The finance minister is a failure and his records in office is there for everyone to see,Indicipline in government spending lead to the poor economic performance of the NDC,all the economic indicators point to a failure,the IMF hide figures to make this government look good because of the bashing they get from Ghanaians.

  Too too late. Just 8 months for election to elect a new govt what can you do. I am appealing to parliament not to approve any loans this time of election.
