There is a simple process to success. We cannot create wealth when we do the wrong things. A critical look at Ghana shows how we manage our resources. From simple roads to gutters to even houses. There is no format. Why do OUR STUPID politicians delight in taking trips to overseas. Don't they have the same soil, water and air as in Ghana. We simply cannot think and this is depressing!

People are shouting mortgage, mortgage, mortgage... the deeper I delve it seems to me there's so much trash talk by lazy "experts" who it appears don't know much. So let's start from the beginning ...how did the government MORTGAGE our oil. With whom (groups)is the agreement/arrangement. What are the details. Pls be factual and spare me political junk!

Your submission is perfect. We shouldn't be in a hurry to develop Ghana. One at a time. Anyone who hasten makes alot of mistakes.

Now is the time to develop and not remain backward. Every country is on a forward march. The roads are not good, the rail sector has collapsed, need to sort out water for all, a frail energy sector and you want to wait ten years. If you are afraid of debt you wallow in poverty. Borrowed money well invested pays for itself. All that is needed is honesty and transparency. The time to develop is now. They say 'travel and see'.
If the infrastructure is in place, posterity will be grateful and pay the bill.

Where were these Energy experts before the criminals in government sold what they did not look for when they were in power for close to 20 years? Does it have to take Pastor Mensah Otabil to blow the leak before we see them talking by hearts. Experts my foot. Experts who do not know what is happening in their field only when the case is blown out into the public domain. NDC will mortgage the whole nation too. They are almost there with the skyrocketing loans from every part of the world including if possible Afghanistan. Still the idiots will vote for them come Nov. 7. Most Ghanaians are fools.
Everybody is an expert. We like talking indeed
