  Vice President Paa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah Arthur on Wednesday unveiled an ultramodern Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) for the 350MW Kpone Independent Power Plant (KIPP).
  
  The TBM, provided by Coleman Tunnelling Africa (Pty) Limited and deployed by the EPC Contractor, is expected to be used to construct the sea water intake and the sea water outfall, which will be used as a cooling system for the Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant.
  
  In a brief chat with officials of Cenpower Generation Company Limited after the unveiling of the TBM, the Vice President expressed satisfaction with work on the KIPP project.

  Veep, don't you have anything to do than unveil a boring machine. This is ridiculous. We need a Veep to unveil a machine to be used by a private company. This is ludicrous and a waste of taxpayers money. NDC got to go! Ghana ...
