How can an investor decide to site his factory in Bawku? There is no transport facility so how will he get the goods to the market centres?

How can an investor decide to site his factory in Bawku? There is no transport facility so how will he get the goods to the market centres?

Even a brand new MAN Diesel or Scannia or Mercedes Benz truck cannot travel to Bolga twice without breaking down. Even Tamale, a serious investor will think a billion times before siting a factory there, not to talk of Bawku.

Because of these challenges I advise Bawku people to concentrate on cultivating onions and rearing livestock. Then once in a while they can fight to kill the boredom.

how on earth will hardworking people like kusasis and mamprusis be living in abject poverty all because of who owns bawku. you don't need to belong to the tribe that owns bawku to live comfortable in bawku. u can live a happy life in any part of the world so long as you work hard. if u were born and been living in bawku then bawku is your natural home, ensure peace and work hard to get yourself a job, a house and a used car to ride, no chief will give you these for free and no tribe will give u these either, only your sweat!!

one day if i get money i will come and invest as well as rebuild my grandpa's house but this won't happen if i ever hear of fighting in bawku from now to 5 years time!!

u said it all but always keep in mind you r not from bawku, it's your parents who are from bawku; you r from the south where u were born so if u get money pls invest in the town u r living, that's your home, not bawku.
