NCA needs to follow up network and regulate network communication companies in Ghana. The Consumer Protection Bill is Necessary in Ghana because Services providers are taking us for granted. As a subscriber I should have an account I can access on the Web portal to check my call log and billing. Which would confirm my usage. I never believed network companies steal units and data till I had an experience with SURFLINE and after reporting the issue they playing hide and seek with me. NCA need to regulate and monitor their operations and make sure they provide SLA's to their customers.

I'm so disappointed in the NCA,customers should be the best judges here,more so the areas they chosed for this rating is not important enough to customers.My biggest worry about this network is the way they steal our credit,you bundle or load credit at 10 pm and in the morning you wake up with zero credit,you complain and all they say is call back in 3 hours as we don't ve the data records and that ends it,you can call over and over till you give up and load again.My number is 0200737762,I'm putting my number out because I want them to believe me,they should go through my complaint list on their network and say it's not true,they should let some of us be the ones to rate them as loyal customers,all this campaign for new subscribers in misplaced,they should rather reward existing ones and we shall be the ones to spread the news,I'm disappointed in their services,I don't need any reward but they should pay attention to the complaints of customers.
