Let me break it down to your level.
If you write exams and first term you get 80%,second term 85% and third term 87%, you are growing but somebody who wrote the same exam and got 30% in the firts term, 40% in the second and 70% in the third term is growing faster than you. This does not mean he has the higher mark than your 80%,85% and 87%.
UK economy last year grew by less than 2% ,does that mean that Cote D'ivoire is more developed than the UK ? Buffoons

NPP is good at telling lies over everything. There was this NPP man who said that because Mahama is in power the Volta River has run dry. When he was taken to Atimpoku to see the river flowing under the Adomi Bridge he accused Kwame Nkrumah and John Mahama of constructing a wooden bridge over the Volta River, though according to him, he did not see water flowing under the bride.
They brought this NPP man to Sogakofe to see the river closer. He said that he did not see any water flowing there. He was put on a boat and paddled on the river, he jump into the river telling the people that it is sand. He was drowning and when rescued and send to the Sogakofe hospital he told the doctor that he was shocked in sand and breath sand into his stomach. The IMF said that Ghana is the second economy in West Africa after Nigeria.
On another occasion this NPP man send his son to the Election Commission and whiles there he told the commission that his son is a Togolese. When asked of his nationality he said that he is a Ghanaian and the mother of his son is also a Ghanaian but because the son has decided not to join the NPP so he and his party have declared him a Togolese.
