  Ghanaians must learn to to understand that building is difficult and painful but destroying is easy. To import and sell is easy but to produce and consume what we produce is more difficult but it's the only way we can climb out of our porvety and backwardness.

  Who say State Owned Enterprises [SOEs]cannot be managed efficiently to be profitable?The most profitable airline in the world,Singapore Airlines,is state owned.It is always the greedy capitalists who want everything for themselves who argue that SOEs are inefficiently managed and are always a drain on the state. SOEs and state and private partnerships are the answers to the rapid industrialization of a country like Ghana.

  Its good to hear that TOR is back, but we don't a situation 6 months from now government will come out to say they are increasing fuel prices because they need to pay a TOR debt.

  If TOR accrues debt it must be payed and we check to see the cause of the debt and fix it.The answer doesn't lie in selling SOE. When then can we learn to run thse things ourselves? Consumption economics all these years after ...

Consumption economics all these years after Nkrumah times has gotten us nowhere so we need the bitter pill now to push us forward. We owe it to our children to develop Ghana at all cost no matter the pain.

  The mantra for npp is to shout that the JM government is incompetent but discerning minds want to know how come under NPP the tema oil refinery came to a grinding halt but under JM TOR is now fully functional up and running and processing products with exports to boot? TOR is export some products like natural gas to Nigeria etc.
  
  Is is a case of NPP shouting incompetence, incompetence, incompetence and noises to create a perception that the JM administration is incompetent when the truth is JM had built 4 energy plants in less than 4 years, something NPP could not do in 8 years?

  Let to incompetent mahama alone tor will still be languishing in its productivity. What a mistake n curse to have voted this man to power. Anyway it was stolen so can't say voted into power. Chief of corruption! !!
