  This is a waste of money and just another opportunity to chop money. If the reason is for health care delivery, why doesn't the government do something more practical...like hire nurses that have been at home for the last tw ...

  This is a waste of money and just another opportunity to chop money. If the reason is for health care delivery, why doesn't the government do something more practical...like hire nurses that have been at home for the last two years after graduation ? To put more nurses in remote areas, pay them double ! This will get health care delivery to the masses and would be a better use of money.
