  I agree with you on this one , proper job evaluation and audit should have been done before implementation . Each and every employee should have been made to evaluate himself , by filling forms /checklist daily to determine work done for the day , and which should have been compared with work available and results . Then we could determine productivity per head , then determine staff required

  Holders of the same certificates shd be paid the same salary, then their allowances differentiate them.Those incharge are not managing properly, this shdn't have been a situation to debate on koraaa.Thanks.
