  He said gas is a game changer. Your expectations are too high. Even big oil States are suffering, let alone 120.000 barrels a day. Tell K4. and EO group to refund the 300 million dollar stollen oil money.

  How can he say in one breath that Ghana is going to be W/A oil hub, and then in the next comment we hear him saying don't expect much???
