You have a management buy-out option so you can take matters in your own hands. You won't do it because you are incompetent not even able to deliver on the local content jobs handed to you on a silver platter for the oil exploration support..

  Sometimes you can't understand this peoples. They feel comfortable to demand job lost for someone talk less of a CEO who they are to account. Now when a new person is appointed, would they not intimidate him for creating the opportunity his appointment? If you guys want salary increase, continue to drive your demands through dialog , why should management lose job when your rich CV but lazy assessment file is on their table. Shame on your evil conscience!

  you guys don't know what you are saying...if the workers were lazy as you claim,the yard would have collapsed long ago....i don't think any of you have even visited the facility before...Infact the workers are the best in the west Africa..comparing the lack of equipment in the yard to the quality of service provided, you cannot say they are lazy!!!! Provide them with better tools and equipments and stop spending on unnecessary and unproductive ventures....i rest my case!
