  I hv personaly said if hv done this long time ago people
  going into such businesses will think .twice.they dnt pay no tax ,look at the number of street traders on our roads,coner shops,home selling,wheelbarrow traders so there hv to be a system in place to be tax by registering ur business,given tax code yearly so that those monies collected can be used for infastructure in the country.
