  ACH is a great step forward. However its implementation in Ghana leaves a lot to be desired.
  It still takes 3 days for accounts to be credited and bank clients are being made to pay a fee for "Express"...? We thought the whole point of introducing this was to have accounts credited the same day as happens elsewhere.
  We should not keep on putting a "Ghanaian" spin on high tech solutions that erode benefits that the solutions seek to provide.
  Could it be that we do not get it or is "Express" just a cheap way of feeding bankers' greed ?
