  It can't be true. GWCL like other state own companies always inflate figures to make a case. Selling the commodity at at half cost means somebody is paying the other half. And who is doing that? Think of economy, efficiency and effectiveness in bringing down ???? cost of production. We didn't put you there only to tell us cost of production, that is too ordinary: Shs student can even do that better. Water can't be that expensive, mass. Think outside the box. Reduce the inefficiency by half and cost will come down.
