  So kindly explain the situation with the Dutch banana plantation investor who went through the GIC and purchased the land only to prepare the land for cultivation with his relevant infrastructure whereupon the local chiefs descended on him, told him that he hadn't bought the land, forced him to pay a further $1m and drove him bankrupt.
