We're in Ghana and we know the existence of internal saboteurs who for their acute devilish reasons do not want development under the present govt so that can translate into failure to give them grounds to get power to rule. Security around the farms needs to be tightened else we begin to read about fires razing through the place, etc.
  Again there's the need to encourage local rice consumption by making it cheaper than imported ones, govt should direct the use of only local rice in school feeding at both basic and secondary levels, etc.
  Currently some rice dealers bag local rice in foreign bags to sell at higher prices!
