  They shd hv a taskforce checking illegal connection everyday esp in crowded communities like chorkor,nima,ruga etc

  Why write off debt owed by private companies?
  
  Why not simply disconnect them until such time as they pay their arrears?
  
  Wherein lies the incentive to pay up if they do not face stiff sanctions?
