HARDSHIPS, DUMSOR, MISMANAGEMENT, OR MAYBE WE GOT ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY MR. WOYOMY. WE DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM THE OIL. WE WERE BETTER OFF WITHOUT THE OIL. WE ONLY HAVE A NAME AS AN OIL PRODUCING COUNTRY.
