  please H.E Mahama dont be settling debts for the new incoming prezn't. becoz you your self you just know it right that you are not going to win again for this year so your plans it to settle depts for the country and you are not even going to use that money for constructing that project you are just aiming at using it for this year campaign so please try to pay it back before you leave the castle........
