Will these goods be liable to Ghana customs import duty taxes (edif,non ecowas etc) vat nhil
How will that be collected and paid to govt coffers?
Or will these sites be exempt of Ghana tax and revenue laws?

Its a great move but just to siphon our dosh. Guys have already alluded great opinions. However we deserve things that will help us to develop as a continent as well. Technology etc...Damn!!!
