What kind of incompetent people do we have running the utilities in the power sector - all across board - from the ministries, VRA, ECG, Ghana Grid to PURC. From which hole under did Ghana find these people????

How can you owe so much? Which multinational company would come and build another gas plant for you next time, if this is your attitude and capabilities?
