  The CEO maltreats her workers. Nobody is willing to work with her. The factory is a white elephant. Nothing is going on. She refuses to pay her workers. Such a terrible character on the inside! She picks up a fight with you only when it's time for payment. She then fires you. The result is she doesn't get to pay you. Monster CEO. No wonder no man is able to stay with her.
