  You have said nothing. Remember, petrol was once sold at the pump in Ghana, for the equivalent of Ghc 5.30 a gallon. The price for crude oil on the world market then, was
  $ 140.00 per barrel. It is significant to note that Ghana was at the time, not an oil producing country. Ghanains should therefore benefit from the prevailing low oil price worldwide, and not suffer from anymore hikes.
