  What kind of a question is this? Is Ghana supposed to be governed by only northerners? Mr Atta Boateng was NDC's parliamentary candidate for Berekum East in the last elections and has been the in charge of the Computerised System of posting BECE graduates to SHS. I can only wish him well and pray he works hard for mother Ghana
