How do these credit reference entities collect any credible information when no credible identification system exists in Ghana? Bogus business begets bogus results!

The stupid bank of Ghana is not doing their job enforcing the law of the land, they need to give monetary fines to any banks that loan anything to anyone without running a credit report end of story
it is the law for them to run credit report prior to issuing loans so let the dummy banks do it
