  Ghana we feel we operate with different market system. Our fuel is cheaper than the neighboring countries hence a few unpatriotic citizens are making fortunes smuggling. It is also a fact that any reduction would not be passed on to the consumers by the transporters.
  
  Who and where would get money to pay the subsidies ?
