His economist advisers from Terpker are always missing their targets even to refund what they have borrowed.If elections seems not to send Mahama and Ndc away then the country will have no other option than to resort to a military intervention to save us from a civil war.

  The economy is in complete shambles.With people who think that borrowing will help solve all problems at the helm, suggesting anything otherwise is met with insults and insinuations.Using others monies to do your projects is good but it always come with the responsibility of servicing the debt and paying it back.The country now finds itself in an economic quicksand where the only option left is keep borrowing and sink deep in the hole.Revenue is much lower that expenditure. This is the result of poor planing,corruption and big government.

  Financial feasibility is not a concept applied by this government to any of it's projects. Mainly it is done because it looks good and it's an avenue to pilfer. Ghanaians and succeeding governments will be burdened with the debt when NDC is out of power. Let's not be deceived to think that NDC is not aware of this, a future government is less likely to succeed with a huge debt burden and could be come unpopular very quickly, thus paving the way for NDC to return to power. If the NDC government had any intention to deliver projects that will have long term benefits for Ghanaians they will not be so concerned about taking their cut upfront. But then they know that their sincerity to Ghanaians is only going to benefit an NPP government. It is my hope that Ghanaians remember this before criticizing an honest new government if things seem hard at first because of the need to service this debt burden. NDC are a wicked party.

  This is exactly what this gov't has done. The money has not been squandered as in previous regimes - remember Kutu Acheampong's repudiation of bad debts.
  
  Moreover, one must borrow within one's ability to repay, a prime Thatcherite principle. Our ability to repay the debt is being enhanced as more oil and gas comes onstream, and the investment in our infrastructure boosts economic growth.
