  When Sam Okudzeto expressed that smart people have been sidelined and dumb people having power and ruling privileges in Ghana, he was verbally lynched by many on Ghanaweb. Look at a deputy a deputy minister with a doctorate degree spewing stupidity about agriculture and manufacturing in Ghana. Many Ghanaians also believe that all people with higher or advanced degrees are smart. Not true!
