What Dangote is doing would eventually bring the cost of hauling cement from point A-to-B very cheap. Similarly as he has done in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, South Africa and of course his home country of Nigeria. THEY SHOULD GET A GRIP ON THEMSELVES INDEED.

Just 1000 trucks, union thieves are jumping over flagstaff walls to complain to Mahama. Well the president has already taken his tax of $2000000.00 on those trucks. Union people stop the union dues thievery and think of strategic ingredients to inject into their business and face real competition. Mr Aliko Dangote, bring in additional 1000 trucks, at least to cart more of your cement to my village Paga-Kajelo.

I don't think these trucks will be driven by Nigerians, so 1000n direct jobs created. The insurance companies, DVLA, GRA , etc will all generate extra revenue from these. The indirect employment and or benefit is just numerous.
Most of these Ghana owned trucks are full of shit, no maintenance and breaking down all over on our roads leading to fatal accidents.
I wish the trucks were 2000 in number
