  Ah! Where is this coming from? We all know this is good on paper but to push it out as if the bank can guarantee the losses despite our debts? ......
  
  Now, it the writer had added time lines,.... Maybe.
  Making it out like they are ready looks like Wampah spending big bucks to prop up the debt instead of paying the debt.

  Mr. Governor how far have you gone on the DKM issue. You promised paying customers their monies when you were appointed a Governor but up till now no single payment has been made.
