  Time for negotiating is over sincelast year. The IMF's Extended Credit Facility to Ghana is a signed contract by the highest authority in Ghana and these agreements do not get re-negotiated at whim.

  We insist on belittling the country and exposing the ignorance of its masses, as well as the grave consequences on the prosperity of Ghana for long years to come
