    The BOG should change from paper notes to plastic notes like those used in Australia and some other countries.
    These notes do not get dirty and bounce back into shape when crumpled.

    Beside the education which is important consider introducing a better quality notes. Improve the paper to plastic kind of currency. Maybe more expensive to produce but very durable not needing reprints.

    The chop bar operators are one of the major cause. The handle monies with oiled , wet, hands and also trash it not leaving market women.

    The learned DR. nd the governors of the bank learn the used quarlity paper in printing the cedis .how come Togo and all other couries do not complain about dirty cfa.euro.pounds.dollars .

    I received a 10 GCD note from Barclays bank which was half genuine note and half plain paper stuck with sellotape . Nobody checking these things
