This is good news for the Ghana Government, despite the fall in oil price on the World Market. However, speculators believe that the price will soon rise to at least $65per barrel in two years time. I hope that Ghana Government will use the accrued revenue, to hablitate, revamp the neglected factories through private, public partnership(PPP). This will definite reduce the unemployment crises facing the youth in Ghana.
