  Portugal, Ireland, Italy and Greece had a crisis when the financial markets were in turmoil from 2008 and therefore sought IMF support. Ghana's crisis was Government inflicted through gargantuan corrupt political expenditure in the last quarter of 2012 so Mahama can stay as President.

  Borrowing at a high interest rate,and not been able to channel the fund into profitable Investment but funding election and work provide to Party officals,and private sector bben forgotten and can`t even borrowing to finance ...
