NDC would do anything to rig elections in order to remain in power fraudulently. This has been their practice since the Rawlings era, and he himself displayed some crocodile tears as a result of the electoral violence blamed on his artificial, illegal and undemocratic party called NDC. Clearly, this is the precursor of what is to come in the 2016 elections Mr. Mahama hinted about. We now know it is going be fought with AK47s, pistols, daggers, axes, matches, bribery and intimidation. And I advise our people to be more resolute in defending democracy in Ghana. Without free and fair elections, we can easily find ourselves again in a one party state like the one we suffered from under Kwame Nkrumah.
Nkrumah was in power for sixteen years and turned himself into a president for life when he realized that his popularity had waned. In the sixties, and after he had squandered the huge reserve, the country started to go down the hill and Ghanaians visibly yearned for a change. But since Nkrumah had shut all the doors and channels that could have been used by Ghanaians to exercise their political will of changing him democratically through the ballot box freely, they had no option other than to force him out of office through a military coup. Therefore, the coup that removed Kwame Nkrumah from office was the only legitimate coup in the history of Ghana.

I wish all Ghanaians can bless Prof. Bokpin for making a realist observation of Ghana and speaking the truth with out fear or any lack of integrity. I noted that some intellectuals in would quickly pretend that the economy is good and try to lie possibly for expected gains or material influence by forefeiting their integrity and intellectualism. It is extremely sand a s reason for the povery and slavery in Ghana because some intellectuals have lost your sense of reasonability either by fear or greed or intimidation just to support lis and deception. I think they are re among those subjected to excessive use of the mind control weapons and covert energy weapons including;Laser Weapons, Remote Neural Monitoring, Directed Energy weapons, Voice-to-skull Weapons, bio-implants, Remotely-inserted brain chips, Electroencephalogram, retina scans, stun gun cell phones, drone attacks, hacking of central nervous system, electronic harassment or torture, sicknesses born by energy weapons, emergency siren as weapons, brain links, hypnotic inducer, mind control weapons and smart meters etc. May God protect such intellectuals and save them to see His glory.

Monitoring amd evaluation is an essential part of Governance and business management. However the challenges over the past 4 years have more to do with crash in commodity and crude oil prices, the almost 1 year spent in Court, the residual impact of the "not carefuy thought out" cedi redenomination etc. Fighting corruption is key but not the main determinant of progress. Mahama should have detailed what workable steps it is taking to collect the money backbut did he? Was Woyome not conspicuously spotted at an NDC rally recently in the Volta Region? And is there any correlation between globalization and SUBA, SADA, Metro Bass Branding at outrageously inflated price?

Well done and well said Prof...! Intelligent minds in the academia should and must be forth-coming when we, as Ghanaians have to call a spade a spade and not an uptopian spoon. The NDC should be realistic in promising. If I were President Nahama, I will not have promised but get to serious business for Ghanaians to know that I am working. It only concludes that, he has failed and need to go home. VOTE NANA AKUFO-ADDO and the NPP to put GHANA back on track. Thank you...

The only realistic monitoring and evaluation NDC government has done is the 200 schools promised in their manifesto ie why they were all not completed. About 10 schools (5%) were fully completed but no tangible explanation was given as to why the rest of the schools are not yet completed. No concrete and thought through measure has been proposed in their manifesto to address and reverse the decline in agricultural and industrial output. How does the government expect the economy to take off next year ? Their predictions and expectations are unachievable, in fact a mirage, vis-a-vis the numerous unsurmontable constraints of cash revenue and capital assets. This means the country's agricultural and industrial output will continue to slump or fall next year too. The economy cannot take off but continue to decline next year, if NDC wins the impending election.
