We must all come to accept it that there is nothing like Job security anymore in this global village... Mines are downsizing, banks, insurance, telecommunications and the rest are too. Why should ECG be any different? All these are going on because of fear of losing jobs... They better prepare their minds and welcome change. Jobs will certainly be lost
