And worse when they were developing they used cheap products now we need to develop we also need cheaper diesel otherwise we can't compete in the world

Anyway, keep on using this type of diesel and pollute the atmosphere to kill other innocent people. I don not think you are an intelligent person.

  These guys know the imports are substandard and that is how they get better premiums. Trafigura is now the champion on the market with PUMA which the BDCs are scared of. Do you need BDCs if you can narrow the number of OMCs to the top 10 or more consolidation? A few strong Oil marketing Companies can source fuel on their own and forgo the middleman BDCs and the consumer wouldnt have to bear any artificial cost. BDC is a scam structure. Government has not gone far enough to weaken their cartel. More should be done to eliminate them completely.
