This is not china were safety of workers is largely ignored . At least they demonstrated for a good cause . Govment should call them back

Ghanaians love demonstrations too much. Now they will go home and the small salary too they won't get again. Never joke with your job because others wished to have the same job at even half the salary

This is demonstration to protect their lives and our own country's property.Do u have any idea how it is to work in a gas plant?,my dear they were for the right course,so I strongly disagree with ur point of view.

Anytime Ghanaians go on demonstration to demand for good conditions of service which will surely benefit them and those who will join the company in the near future,you see people critising them with the excuse that there are no jobs so they should keep mute.I belive that we should all move from this kind of negative mentality otherwise we will continue to be treated as slaves in our workplace.I will advice that never should one comment using his/her current condition as a yardstick.I have seen and worked with people who critised others but when they later join the working terrain they found out that they were totally wrong with their judgement.

Government need to call that ex convit to order. If the Government will sit down and allow the 1m dollar plant to rot , then God have mercy.

The two year old plant will be shut down permanently in the nxt three years if Government fails to act.
Management complains of lack of money for spare parts, PPEs, Traning of plant operations staff but they will always find money to give out their own companies to the detriement of the workers.
A main pipeline compressor station is costing the Company around $86m. Is this not crazy. Then staff raised concerns to save the nation, and the next day, they are fired.
Dr Sipa Yankey (an ex convit) has managed to sack all the experience directors from the company leaving an inexperoence person whom he has promoted to the position of Director of operations.
A CEO who has decided to disobeyed the office of the chief of staff and called the bluff of the president who appointed him to that position.
He calls cabinet ministers small boys and insults them to his managers at the plant site.

This is absurd. The president must let us know he is in charge. Even in military regimes people could express their rights. What kind of management is it that is willing to throw away staff with over four years of expertise. ...
