  Delay in payment to all traders and business people undermine the smooth working of the market economy, which relies on money as a medium of exchange.
  
  The wider issue of poverty and job creation can be tackled through SMEs and apprenticeship for youth between 15 to 25 years old.

  THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED IN THE 70S AND 80'S WITH THE COOPERATIVE BANK'S IN GHANA, MOST OF THE ASHANTI AND THE KWAHUS TOOK LAONS WITHOUT PAYING IT BACK, NOW THE NORTHERNS ARE DOING THE SAMETHIMG, THIS IS WHY THE COUNTRY CAN NOT GO FORWARD, IN 1985 J.J. RAWLINGS RECOVERED SOME OF THAT MONEY FROM THE KWAHUS IN ACCRA, SOMETHING MUST BE DONE WITH THAT, BEFORE SOMEONE GET A LOAN, THEY MUST SHOW OF PROVE OF THEIR BUSINESSES AND A SECURITY SHOWING THAT THE MONEY WILL BE PAY BACK.
