  Oil prices have plummeted, how then can any nation depend on its revenue??...I dread to say it but Ghana economy showing typical signs of a 'Recession'.

  Let Ghana produce oil more than all Arab countries combined without efficient management of the economy Ghana would continue to live in poverry. If this government wants to come out of the economic mess they should ask IMF to appoint Financial Minister to replace the current one and that should be part of the agreement for the home grown mismanaged concept. Otherwise, a change is inevitable for the nation Ghana.
