  B3 is one of the worst ratings on their books and that our nation being rated as such in itself is a massive problem.The economy is not in a great shape my friend.Its that simple.I know you may not be an economic genius,neither im I but in real terms the IMF rating you negative means you may default on your debts and stable meaning a 50% chance you wont.Neither of which is good for our country.In other words pretty much nothing has changed.
