  This banker is very ignorant.SMEs do not have the resources, experience nor expertise to structure their business in a similar manner as larger organisations.

  This banker is very ignorant.SMEs do not have the resources, experience nor expertise to structure their business in a similar manner as larger organisations.
  For instance large organisations will segregate duties as a means of financial controls but SMEs do not have that luxury.
  The bank's role is to advise. Some banks will actually assist with business plans or at least provide a template to assist.

  SMEs need training and continuos advise and support at small affordable fees and not only Finance.
  Ghana needs 700 million SMEs to transform Ghana and Africa needs 38,500 million to eradicate extreme poverty from Africa.
