That monkey de work baboon de chop. Make farming attractive by giving them what is due them and the youth will run into it. Every body is going to Accra because the villages have been neglected.

Officials of the COCOBOD must roll their sleeves and enter farming, then. They all live large on the backs of the poor cocoa farmer. God will punish the COCOBOD. Even COCOBOD scholarships that was created for the children of cocoa farmers never went to them but to your children and others who have no connection to cocoa farming.

The way to encourage the youth to take agriculture as their profession is to treat farmers well as they do in US where farmers are some of the richest citizens.
The greed, dishonesty, disloyalty, corruption, selfishness, unjust, etc.. would not allow u to treat (farmers, teachers, health care providers, police, fishermen, market women etc.)right and that is why we are seeing no progress.
