  When will the GSE and the SEC compel UT Bank to release its 2015 audited accounts and 2016 half year results for the investing public to see? The bank continues to break the rules and the regulators are looking on aloof.

  UT appears to be in serious trouble, both financially and administratively.
  UT is not helping it's cause by not providing required financial statements. Indeed the AGM was due sometime back, but no information is forthcoming ...

  UT is not helping it's cause by not providing required financial statements. Indeed the AGM was due sometime back, but no information is forthcoming for shareholders and the general public.
  
  IMHO, UT has three choices, unless it can pull a rabbit out of the hat!
  Merge with another bank, A takeover by another Bank or go under!
