    I even want to go back further to them days...Havana, Columbia, Logozo/prempeh days. Those were the times you needed an "id" to enter Taadi, hehehehee. Taadi wasn't for everybody.

    Ghanaian seafarers are doing just fine. No need to resurrect the BSL. It should not have failed to start with, but now that it is gone, just leave it.
