  Tekper is a square peg in a round hole. The man is an accountant and does not even understand the effects of any of the economic decisions taken by his government and the Bank of Ghana. The BOG is equally useless. It is difficult to figure out who is controlling who. By the way, why is this report quiet on the "holes" punched by the IMF? I believe these are the same concerns some of us raised several months ago?
