  As always the case in Ghana those who disseminate information to the public, and thus, stakeholders, do not do thorough checks before spewing it. They always have clandestine motives behind what they bring out to the public. In the above publication, it appears the media report sought to tarnish the image of Ghana Gas and the government. The advent of democracy and free speech has turned Ghana into a country full of false accusation and counter-accusation with a resultant acrimonious cases. In effect our economic development is causing delay.

But let them know that the strategy they have adopted, which is that keep repeating the lies and Ghanaians will eventually accept it as truth, will surely come to haunt them.
