Zongos are part of cities,towns and villages so why should funds be set aside to develop zongos? Development should be spread to every part of a city. a town or a village, so if for example funds are allocated for the development of Tafo, it is the responsibility of those in charge to map the areas which need more development and channel more funds to those areas whether they are zongos or not.
I don't think there is any need for Zongo Development Fund. This is only a political ploy by the NPP to win votes from the Zongos.

Akufo Addo's after becoming president told the zongo people they were aliens so after 72 hours they should leave Ghana . Some people lost their lives some their parents some their properties. If this zongo chief have forgotten I just want to remind him because recently Bawumia said Voltarians who registered with NHI ID's came from Togo. Be careful with these people . Nana is worse than the father. It can happen, especially those on their lands. When they win watch how they will treat you? Already they want the fulanis to go . The zongo fund how is coming from the national budget or ministry of zongo. Will it be different from the common. Don't be fooled. Is Afoko different from zongo person. And will nana allow a northerner to be charge of the funds or his own Akyem man because nana's appointees will be coming from Akyem and Ashanti.
