  That should be the new capital. GH banks are too tiny. Some are just Ghanaian operations of their Nigerian parent banks. These dwarfs need to be forced to merge or go on the GSE so Ghanaians can own them and end the profit re ...

  That should be the new capital. GH banks are too tiny. Some are just Ghanaian operations of their Nigerian parent banks. These dwarfs need to be forced to merge or go on the GSE so Ghanaians can own them and end the profit repatriation to Nigeria.
