  ITS PART OF IMF CONDITIONALITIES NOT TO OVER SPENT BECAUSE NDC HAD ALREADY OVERSPENT ITS INTO THEIR POCKET. 8 YEARS EMBARGO CANNOT BE EXTENDED ANYMORE BY NDC. NPP COME AND REMOVE THIS NDC POCKET EMBARGO

  A liar as a Communication Minister, let them win power and see. He will come out and apologise. Saying I was not aware of the situational conditions of the IMF.
